Promos

Non comercial groups, departments or charities which operate within Warrington Hospital can use Radio General to promote their services within the hospital.

If you run one of these groups, we can produce a short 30 second promotional item to help get your message across to the patients, and we'll do it without charge too.

To qualify you must be part of a non profit making group and the services, help or equipment you supply must be non comercial. Your activities must also be relevant to patients of Warrington Hospital. These aren't adverts we are producing, but short informational items to help promote your activities.

You will be required to supply a 30 second script, or if you prefer brief details about your organisation and what it is that you do. From this we can produce a script on your behalf. It may even be possible for a member of your organisation to help voice the promo.

All promos are subject to strict conditions on commercial status as mentioned above. Radio General reserves the right to refuse a promo for whatever reason and likewise reserves the right to remove it from its playlist without notice. The promo service is offered on an "as is" basis and no level of service can be guaranteed. All promos are played at the sole discression of the Radio General management. We reserve the right to edit scripts for timing or any other reason Radio General sees fit. Any interlectual rights to completed promos remain with Radio General. Radio General reserves the right to withdraw this service without notice at any time.
